Conditions of UseAt Peace Foods AG, we try our best to deliver quality products to our customers. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers and our goal is to provide them with excellent service. If you, the customer, is in any way dissatisfied with our service or products, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the delivery.
Products
Peace Foods AG is mindful to provide the correct product information (e.g. size, weight, ingredients, etc.), we strongly advise customers with specific dietary/nutritional restrictions to carefully read the information provided on the packaging of the products. If you have any subsequent questions pertaining to the products, please send us an email at: info@peacefoods.ch. Peace Foods AG does not assume liability if an allergic reaction does occur and therefore will also not assume any related medical costs.
Prices
The minimum worth of the shopping cart is set at CHF 25.00 per order, excluding the packaging and delivery costs and any possible additional depot costs. The VAT is included in the price of the product and is correct at the time of purchase. The delivery costs vary according to the value of the order and the nature of delivery. There is an additional surchage for express or courier delivery.
Assortment
Peace Foods AG reserves the right to remove, change specifications or pack size and prices of products, at any time without prior notice. We will, however, inform you if one or more ordered products are unavailable at the time of delivery.
Alcoholic Drinks
The sale of alcoholic products to customers under the age of 18 is forbidden in Switzerland.
Confirmation of Orders
All orders are to be confirmed by Peace Foods AG. Upon receipt of the order confirmation, you will have 24 hours time, to change or terminate the order. Peace Foods AG reserves the right to not deliver an order if one or more of the goods are unavailable at the time of delivery. Undeliverable goods will not be sent later but can be re-ordered by the customers when it is available again.
Payment Methods
Payment for an order must take place within 5 days of the receipt of the order confirmation. All bank details necessary for the transactions are included in the order confirmation. Orders over the internet can be paid for by credit card via Pay Pal. Peace Foods AG will only deliver the goods after having received the appropriate payment.
Areas of Delivery
Deliveries are restricted to the European borders. Deliveries will only be exported if the delivery address is within Europe and recognized by either the Swiss Post or DHL. If the delivery address is ambiguous in any way, either Peace Foods AG or the delivery company will contact the customer directly. If the address is still not clear, Peace Foods AG reserves the right to annul that particular order.
Delivery Times
We endeavor to deliver all orders within 7 days of payment. Our delivey Partner is DHL and a signature is required. The delivery will NOT be left at the front door of their apartment/building/house if there is nobody home, or if there have not been other instructions left at the time the order was placed. The delivery can be left with a neighbor if their address and telephone number was provided while placing the order.
Deliveries by Post
When the deliveries are done through the post, the manner of delivery can vary. In some cases the customer may have to fetch the delivery from the post office.
Responsibility
The customers are responsible for the delivered products even when these products were deposited in their absence either in front of their door, with a neighbor or in any room indicated by the customer as suitable for this purpose. If there are any complaints regarding the quality of the delivery, please notify us within 3 days after receiving the products.
