We ship two times per week on Mondays for delivery Tuesday and Thursdays for delivery Friday.
If you are ordering baked goods, you might notice that they are cool to the touch, or even still partially frozen. That is just how they should be!
We bake fresh and do not use any preservatives in our baked goods or desserts. We use a process known as flash freezing to ensure that they arrive to you as fresh and tasty as moment they came out of the oven.
For any products that you are not consuming right away, we recommend that you freeze them when they arrive. Otherwise, we suggest you place your baked goods in the refrigerator and take them out a couple of hours before you would like to enjoy them. Cookies, brownies and bars can go straight to the cookie jar!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, please send us an email, or phone us. We will be happy to work with you in getting your issue resolved so you can enjoy your products.
Our delivery charges are variable and are determined by the weight of your purchase, plus the packaging.
For all order, we offer the following options : If you are not certain that you will be home to receive an order, please leave a note for DHL authorizing them to leave the package without signature.
