Cinnamon Sugar Snickerdodles

A variation of the Sugar Cookie, the Snickerdoodle is a long-time kids favorite.

No one really knows if the cookie originated in Germany, the Netherlands or Britain. What we do know is this cookie is a long-time standing favorite in almost every household. Sometimes soft, sometimes crispy, we bake our to perfection somewhere in between with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar.
